Elysium Medical Tourism Platform – FZCO (Dubai, UAE)
1. Service Fees
- The use of Elysium Medical Tourism Platform is completely free of charge for patients.
- Patients are not required to pay any fee for using the platform, contacting clinics, booking appointments, or receiving coordination services.
- Elysium acts solely as a facilitator; all financial obligations of the patient are directly with the clinic, doctor, or hospital.
2. Payments
- All payments are made directly to the relevant clinic, doctor, or hospital.
- Each medical institution applies its own payment policy (e.g., cash, bank transfer, credit card, etc.).
- Elysium does not receive, process, or hold payments in any form.
- Prices displayed on the platform are for informational purposes only; the final cost is determined after a medical consultation and evaluation between the patient and the institution.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
- Elysium does not collect deposits or prepayments from patients.
- Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms are entirely subject to the policies of the respective clinic, doctor, or hospital.
- Patients are strongly advised to confirm the refund policy of the institution in writing before booking.
- Elysium does not interfere with the refund process but facilitates communication between the patient and the clinic if necessary.
4. Transparency
- Elysium may receive a commission from partner clinics.
- This commission does not result in any additional cost for patients; all payments are strictly based on the prices determined by the clinic or doctor.
- Prices displayed on the platform are provided by clinics and serve as preliminary information.
- The final pricing is determined only after medical consultation, diagnostic procedures, and evaluation with the healthcare provider.
5. Discounts & Campaigns
- Elysium may enter into special agreements with selected clinics and doctors.
- Based on such agreements, patients booking through Elysium may benefit from preferential rates or conditions compared to direct booking.
- Promotions and discounts will be clearly indicated and will not generate any hidden costs for the patient.
6. Listing & Promotion
- Clinics and doctors are listed free of charge on the Elysium platform.
- In the future, the platform may introduce a “promoted” / “featured” clinics option.
- If implemented, promotional placements will be explicitly marked for full transparency.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Elysium functions solely as an intermediary platform in matters of pricing, payments, and refunds.
- The platform is not responsible for financial disputes, refund delays, or service quality issues arising between the patient and the clinic.
- Elysium’s role is limited to ensuring a transparent and reliable connection between patients and healthcare providers.
