Honestly, having liposuction on my thighs and tummy was the best decision. I'd ummed and ahhed for ages. The consultation was thorough, the doctor really listened to what I wanted and was realistic about the results. The day itself was a bit daunting, but the nurses were lovely and calming. Recovery took a bit longer than I'd hoped, fair bit of swelling and bruising, but that's normal I suppose. The compression garment wasn't the most glam! But seeing the shape emerge now, wow! It's made such a difference to how my clothes fit. The only niggle was getting follow-up appointments scheduled sometimes took a bit of juggling, but the actual care from the doctor was spot on throughout.

The procedure itself went well, and the team looked after me smashingly. Bit uncomfortable afterwards, as you'd expect, but the pain relief worked a treat. The follow-up care was top-notch too, always felt they had time for my questions. Really happy I went ahead with it, the difference is brill, especially around my middle. Just wish the clinic parking was a bit easier, but that's minor!
