Right, where do I start? This breast reduction wasn't just cosmetic for me; it was about quality of life. Years of shoulder pain and feeling self-conscious... gone! The surgeon was fantastic – really listened to what I wanted and was realistic about the results. The team at the hospital were mostly great, though the admin side felt a bit chaotic getting the initial appointments sorted, but that's not the surgeon's fault, is it? The actual op and recovery were handled brilliantly. The care I received post-op was second to none. It took time to heal fully, obviously, but the difference it's made is incredible. I can finally buy clothes off the peg and exercise without feeling rubbish. Best decision I ever made, truly.
